BUCKHANNON - West Virginia Wesleyan College's defense practically stopped one of the nation's top running backs in his tracks Saturday, holding Seton Hill's Antwarn Jones to just 39 yards rushing.

Board Accepts Kasson School Contract (The Inter-Mountain)

The renovation project at Kasson Elementary/Middle School could begin as early as October, officials said Monday. Members of the Barbour County Board of Education voted to accept the contract from Lombardi Development Co. during their regularly scheduled meeting. The board found out in April that the West Virginia School Building Authority had allotted $2.9 million for the renovations of Kasson.

Homecoming Celebration (The Inter-Mountain)

(CU and The Inter-Mountain/Ben Simmons) COLT PRIDE - Philip Barbour High School celebrated homecoming activities Wednesday evening with a parade and bonfire in Belington. The theme of this year's parade was "Breaking the Mustangs" and featured decorative floats from each class, including the sophomore class above, and the PBHS Marching Band, below.
